Ming-yen Ho is a PhD student in the Business and Public Policy Group of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He focuses on political economy, game theory and industrial organization, and is primarily interested in the efficacy and distributive implications of China’s industrial policy supporting the semiconductor industry. Methodologically he is interested in building and estimating game-theoretic models that explains the behavior of firms and political actors.
