Dah-Wei (David) Yih is an S.J.D. candidate at University of Virginia School of Law, where he studies and writes about international law and national security. His scholarship explores how international law and institutions should respond to emerging economic and security challenges. He holds master’s degrees in law from University of Virginia School of Law and National Chengchi University.
